A United Nations report formally accuses the Ugandan military of providing support to the M23 rebel group in eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo. However, Uganda denies the claims. The report also claims that between 3,000 to 4,000 Rwandan soldiers are fighting alongside the M23 rebels.
